Responsibilities

• Create marketing strategies to sell insurance plans to new clients or cross-sell to current clients

• Use methods such as networking to spot opportunities and cultivate trust with potential clients

• Gauge the condition of business or individual customers and discover plans according to their requirements

• Educate clients on risk management strategies for personal and commercial

• Submit regular reviews and paperwork to service team

• Fill out acord forms and various other client documents and submit to service on time

• Follow the market trends and continuously refurbish knowledge on products and services

• Fulfill all policy requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as an insurance broker (3-5 years)

• Active Missouri P&C License

• Knowledgeable in all types of insurance plans

• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships

• Basic understanding of computers and statistics

• Goal oriented, results-driven, team player
