Our in-house tax department is currently looking for a seasonal tax preparer for the tax season. e3 Tax serves individuals, families and business owners in the areas of income tax preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, compilation, business consulting, and cash flow management. We serve our clientele with an experienced team of tax professionals including several Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and Enrolled Agents (EA). Since 2012, e3 Tax has worked with thousands of individual and corporate clients. e3 Tax is looking to expand through strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions across the country to create a local to regional to a national footprint in the coming years.

Location: Wildwood, MO or Sunset Hills, MO

 

Status: Seasonal Full or Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare business and individual tax returns

• Analyze Quick Books and prepare year end journal entries

• Prepare year end work papers for tax return backup

• Assist clients with Quick Books questions

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, preferred

• 2+ years recent experience preparing taxes

• Proficient in Quick Books.

• Experience performing adjusting journal entries and resolving client inquiries

• Experience with tax preparation software required, Pro-series a plus

• Great attention to detail and communication skills

• Must be accurate and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• A team player with a positive attitude

• Also able to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
